SIZE GUIDE
🖤 Size Guide
Finding your perfect fit is everything — the right size shapewear should smooth and sculpt without feeling tight or restrictive.
Follow the steps below to get a comfortable, confidence-boosting fit every time.
📏 HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF
You’ll only need a soft measuring tape (or a string and ruler if you don’t have one).
-
Waist:
Measure around the smallest part of your waist — usually just above your belly button.
Keep the tape snug but not tight. -
Hips:
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum while standing naturally. -
Compare your measurements with the chart below to find your ideal size.
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

💡 Tip: Shapewear is meant to be form-fitting.
It should hug your body without digging in or restricting breathing.
If you prefer a lighter hold, choose one size up.
❤️ FIT & FEEL ADVICE
-
For daily wear or longer events → go for your true size.
-
For extra sculpting (night out, fitted dress) → size down one.
-
If you’re between two sizes → size up for comfort.
Remember: shapewear stretches slightly after a few wears, so your first fit may feel snug — that’s normal!
🧺 CARE TIPS (to maintain shape & stretch)
-
Hand wash in cold water
-
Use mild detergent
-
Air dry only — avoid tumble dryers
-
Don’t bleach or iron
Proper care keeps your shapewear strong and supportive for months.
